Planning and Design

Here at Modern Beach Homes we pride ourselves in the provision of one to one meetings with our Master Builder.

The initial meeting is usually on-site.  This is where the builder can view your block of land and visualize your concept, taking into account all the necessary features such as north and west aspects, the slope and where the services will be accessed.

From there another meeting will be organised to discuss a design concept.  We embrace your own design and ideas or can arrange to design your home meeting all your requirements.

A Notice of Intention to Build can be signed and all of the relevant initial testing can be started and we are on our way to accomplishing your new home project.

Our Professional Designer will put your home on paper where you will first get to see the dimensions, aspects and roof line.  As a part of his service, his new 3D programs allow you to virtually "walk" through your home.
